Very knowledgeable staff and very little turnover. When buying gear from them you'll find them to be genuinely interested in your needs. They take great pains to outfit you with what's appropriate.
Limited experience.... Last summer I trashed my rear derailleur hanger. Ended up getting a new one there, having them intall it, and installed a new (8-spd) der as well (their idea). Ended up totaling around $90. Closest Giant dealer to me. Such is life.
