Overall Rating

I've been there a few times. The employees seem to have little perspective on mountain biking and a lot for road riding. Prices for Specialized MTBs are the highest I've seen in the area. My last visit was bothersome because they did not honor a valid coupon printed in a local newspaper. They claimed it was a misprint.
Best shop ever...
Good vibes, Karma and all that. These guys generally have what you are looking for. From that off the wall oddly sized or such trinket to the XXXL socks for your fat feet, everything in between. They have also done a very lot to help out a variety of Cycling type competition oriented folks in the way of sponsorship and other support. Always a great deal at Berlin and fun to chat with the varied crew there. Tons of stock jammed into a relatively small shop. This is the go-to shop for the bikers biker.
I had a wheel built last year by Bruce. Outstanding quality and service. This is by far one of my favorite shops.
Great bunch of guys, lots of experience. Bruce is one of the best wheel builders you'll find anywhere.
Bought my first bike at Berlin Bicycle. Overall I couldn't have been happier with my experience there, after visiting a few other shops.
