Description
Never before have I received the kind of service I received from Valley Bike and Ski Werks. The work was shoddy, at best, and required multiple visits only to still end up with a bike that was not fixed, and a hefty bill on top of it. Bad attitude, long wait times, little to no communication, poor management. I would recommend seeking a different bike shop.
