Granville
Old Granville seems to be a bit forgotton as of this summer. Lots of trees down before Pink ribbon and ON Pink ribbon too! Haven't ridden there in about a month but I believe that the situation hasn't changed much. Get out there people, wear that trail in! It's disappearing back into the undergrowth...
That ride down into the Gorge is white knuckles. Beautiful ride along the stream to get back. My favorite 8-miler close to home.
A late answer to Nathan's question: although it is close by, I don't believe this is part of Granville State Forest.
Is this in Granville State Forest? Or is it a separate place?
I do like that nearby are "Bad Luck Mountain" and "Sodom Mountain". Feel good area of the year?
Though there is a nearby "Sweetman Mountain"?
good TOUGH ride. Join the Gravity Warehouse Thursday group ride for a guided tour. (More goods over on Wildcat Mtn across the street!)
