Nice place for a pedal. It's really well-blazed, but if you pick the wrong trail you could wind up with a lot of hike-a-bike. Best bet is to stick to the ridges and the north side.

Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve
A decent enough place to ride if you are local, I probably wouldn't make it a destination. Grego is spot on about the ridges and the Quarry. Stay away from the trails right by the east side of the pond, beat city. There's just about every color of trail marker in here, and they are well blazed. Still a lot of braids/phantom trails though.
I rode there a few summers ago. Very cool place. Like riding on moon rocks along the ridges there. The old Quarry was awesome! Been wanting to go back ever since, just a bit of a hike for me.
