Lil wet, lil leafy. Streams running high at crossings. Storm finally brought the huge tree the rest of the way down on Cave Trail. It is the one that you had to go under just before first small up and over rock.

Awesome local ride with the ability to throw a number of the trails into a big uninterupted loop with some drops, rollers, and nice technical areas.

If you like that place, you ought to check out Bennetts Pond in Ridgefield. Other side of the stream has real sick single track, and alot of hike-a-bike, but its worth it, I think. Place is all a SS dream. Then again, everything is that way now for me.

Parking. Best parking is probably off of Merribrook road in Stamford. You could also overflow into Fort Stamford(?), little park off River Road near the intersection with Merribrook
