Wells Woods
Pretty sure the singletrack has turned into doubletrack from motorized traffic. They have taken over. Also the stunts are delapidated. There are still a few great natural drops and rollers though.
Has anyone ridden here lately? bikerag, when you say Defunct, do you mean they put houses up and stuff like that? Anyone?
FYI, wells woods is now defunct..
Hey shore, throw up a post on the group rides next time you ride out there. I'd love a tour of new trails.
Nice pics...got any directions?
How does this place compare to Nepaug? Does it even come close?
Next time you guys want to head out, drop me an email and I'll we'll take you through.
Definitely worth a shot.... Today was a great ride. Kinda slow-moving cross-stuntry.. We will get back there wityh the whole crew. And it is carying degrees of difficulty, so you can make it a pure XC ride and skip the fun stuff, or spend all day messing around. NO one had a camera on this ride, so you all will just have to take my word for it!!
