I can't say these are trails you would drive very far too. They are rugged but maintained trails however the overwhelming feel is steep. You are either going up or down, very little use for gears in the middle of you cassette. Expect an average speed of 5-6mph at race pace.
If you are in the area this is worth a look. Leave the single speed at home or get ready to walk.
