Jischs Review
Crandalls is a small Tolland town park. There's about 5 miles of trails there. Some really nice technical riding with some crazy steep climbs - but given the small size of the park, nothing is too long. Some trail work in process, but this park still won't ever be worthy as a destination for anyone outside of Tolland Residents. I head there when I only have an hour, or as part of a road ride on a cross type bike.

A further update - there is a neighbor who is not happy with the trails furthest from the parking spot. Not that anyone is riding there, but ping me for details if you're heading out to Crandalls.
An update - I just uploaded a new GPX file that has some new trails out at Crandalls - its now about 8 miles of trails, using a few trails to connect things together. Good XC style stuff, with tons of stuntery options out there (to be developed).
