External Map Feeds & Data

External map feeds and data are just that: data and feeds from beyond Crankfire.

For example, maybe you run your very own mountain biking website and you put together a GeoRSS feed containing the trails in your database. You can add it to our feed directory - thus allowing any user visiting this website to see your data on our map, ultimately bringing them back to your website.

Or... maybe you made a nice mountain bike tour KML file in Google Earth, or even with our data locker, and want to share it with everyone? Add it to the directory!

Data Formats

This feature supports the Google Earth KML and KMZ formats, along with the GeoRSS feed format.
